V-Diverter Valve/Series 2005 New Concept

Technology you can only find at Zeppelin. Now, you can adjust the diverter valve specifically to your needs. The result? You achieve maximum economic performance in your operating process. Add in a new sealing system and no dead zones, and you have the most gentle product conveying available in the industry.

How it’s used

The V-Diverter Valve’s chief function is to divert bulk material flow in dilute phase and pneumatic dense conveying systems, operating in any direction.

Available Sealing Systems

Our new concept diverter valves are designed with the sole purpose of achieving maximum processing efficiency. In order to best accomplish this, we offer an array of sealing systems to best match your needs.

  • Non-contact sealing system—Labyrinth sealing achieves maximum tightness. Achieves maximum product purity through non-contact.
  • Lateral sealing—Bulk solids and sealing system never come into contact with one another. Non-disruptive to conveying process, achieving maximum operating efficiency.
  • Static, self-pressing sealing—Built inside the housing, allowing no leakage during conveying. A cost-effective solution as no extra shut-off devices are needed.
  • Inflatable sealing—For fine powders and cleaning. Increases safety as no leaks occur during cleaning or processing.
  • Static, inflatable rotor sealing
