Medium Pressure Rotary Feeder Type MDS
How it’s used
This rotary feeder is ideal for discharging pelletized and powdered products from silos and hoppers. They can also be used in pneumatic dilute phase conveyors as feeding devices.
Design Specs
- Designed for gentle and precise product feeding
- Leakage gas nozzle built-in
- Standard design can handle solid temperature ranges of -10 to +60 C and -10 to +40 C ambient temperatures
- Can be customized to meet other temperature requirements
- Ball bearings feature lifetime lubrication—no maintenance!
- Sealing ring prevents product leakage and contamination
- Unrestricted visibility of free shaft end of rotor so you can better control rotation and rotor
- Adjustable tension on speed chain drive
- EC conforms to ATEX regulations 94/9EG
- Handles up to 1.5 bar (g) of differential pressure
- Up to 295 m^3/h throughput—meets ATEX regulations
