Based on the production recipe, all additives and raw materials will mechanically, not manually, proportioned to the right heating and cooling mixer combinations.
Our wide range of blenders are designed specifically for achieving batch consistency when
processing PVC dry blends, granular compounds, and other similar bulk solids. The goal is
always to minimize variations from batch to batch.
Once mixing is complete, the blend is stored immediately in buffer silos. During conveying, the risk for product segregation is high if you don’t have the right system in place.
