Blending Silos Product Program
At Zeppelin, we offer five different kinds of blending silos. Each of these silos can be customized to fit your specific demands based on product type and operating process. We’re committed to matching you with the most reliable, cost-efficient blender for your needs.
Zeppelin Blending Silos
- Zeppelin Centro-Blend: Designed to handle free-flowing bulk solids (e.g. plastic powders, pelletized products, and other easy-to-pour solids). Can be used in both non-stop and
discontinuous operations.
- Multi-Flow Blender: Crafted to blend easily flowing bulk solids. Common examples of products to be used with the multi-flow blender are recycling materials, plastics, and
pelletized products. Usable is both non-stop and discontinuous operations.
- Zeppelin Fluidized Bed Blender: Used to blend powdered products and other fluid bulk solids (particle size under 500 µm). Use in discontinuous, batch-wise operations.
- Zeppelin Multi-Pipe and Multi-Channel Blender: Handles free-flowing bulk solids (mostly pelletized products) with at least 0.5 mm particle sizes. Can be used with either non-stop or discontinuous operation.
